Who your agent can talk to

The agent only reads and only replies to the chats on your contact list (the "allowlist"). Messages from people who aren't on the list are dropped on arrival: they never reach the agent. And every send outside the list is denied (destination_not_allowed).

The list belongs to your account, one for WhatsApp and another for Telegram. You edit it in the dashboard, under Connections, on each channel's screen: Who your agent can talk to (WhatsApp) and Telegram: allowed chats (Telegram).

WhatsApp

  • You're already on the list. When you connect, the connection's own number is added automatically as the owner. It doesn't count toward the limit and can't be removed.

  • To add someone, type the number with the country code (for example, +55 11 91234-5678) and, if you like, a name. The server normalizes the format, including the 9th digit of Brazilian mobile numbers, and shows the number as stored.

  • An empty list doesn't prevent connecting: the agent only talks to you until you add someone.

  • The list is for one-to-one chats only. A group does not go on it: a group is enabled separately, through a request the owner approves in the panel, and by default for reading only (Tools).

  • Being on the list doesn't mean unlimited first messages. Sending the first message to someone who never talked to the number is capped at 3 per day, on every plan (Limits and ban risk). Replying to people who already wrote has no such cap.

During the free trial

During the free trial (today, 7 days):

  • on WhatsApp, the agent talks with you and 2 more contacts from your list. A third one is refused (trial_contacts_limit);

  • on Telegram, which has no "owner", you get 1 one-to-one chat (Telegram groups and channels are not supported): the first one you add. To change it, remove it and add another. A second chat is refused (trial_one_chat), and so is a group or channel (trial_person_only).

When you subscribe, the limit goes up to your plan's (25, 100 or 500) and the contacts you already had stay on the list.

The list says who the agent can talk to, not how much: the send caps and the daily new-conversation caps are the same on every plan (Limits and ban risk).

The limit applies to each channel (WhatsApp and Telegram). If you downgrade and the list exceeds the new limit, only the oldest numbers stay in effect. The others stay stored on the list, with no effect, until you remove some or go back to a bigger plan.

Remove someone

When you remove a number, the agent stops reading and replying to that chat immediately.

Telegram

On Telegram, the list is made of chat ids: a number that identifies the person, group or channel (groups and channels have negative ids, starting with -). With an empty list, the bot reads and sends nothing.

Privacy

Numbers are shown in full only to you, on that screen. Everywhere else in the dashboard, in logs and in activity, they are masked.

The people on the list don't have a Felku account. It's up to you to have a legal basis for an AI agent to read and reply to the conversations with them and, where the law requires it, to let them know. See the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
